Pre Order Item Update [ Published, 28th June, 2025]

Production of our new range has completed & we couldn't be more happy to show the premium quality and details which has gone into producing the new line. All of the stock is now on the cargo ships on their way to our domestic warehouses & once arrived at each warehouse we will email through your last mile tracking link to the email attached to your order. This applies to those who chose pre order option 2.

Pre order option 1 shipping is also on track to arrive in the shipping window mentioned below. 

If you did not place a pre order, shipping options 1 & 2 are still open.

We’re opening a limited pre-order window for our new product line, giving early supporters guaranteed first access before public launch.

Pre-ordering secures your spot in the first production batch and ensures you receive your gear ahead of the official release, shipping options will be explained at the checkout and below.

Pre-Order FAQ

When will my order ship?

All pre order customers will be presented with 2 options at the checkout which suits their preference, please read carefully:

Shipping Option 1: Your pre order item/s will be shipped directly to you via air transport to your door between June 24th-26th or earlier. A transit time of 8-12 working days for arrival, this option removes the waiting time of sea freighting the cargo to our domestic warehouses & then shipping from our domestic warehouse to your door. Essentially shipping straight from production to you, all tracking links will be provided.

Lets break it down, shipped directly to you by June 24th-26th + 8-12 working days for an estimated arrival to your door on or before July 14th.

Shipping Option 2: Your pre order item/s will be leave to be sea freighted directly to our domestic warehouses on June 18th, inbounded to our warehouse and then shipped to you. This option will have reduced shipping fees, in some countries free & in others they will be highly reduced in comparison to option 1. All shipping pricing comparisons & information will also show at the checkout. 

Lets break it down, the stock will be shipped directly to our domestic warehouses on June 18th via sea freight. Sea freight times vary by country from 30-45 days + 3 days of inbounding + 3-5 days domestic delivery for an estimated arrival date to your door between July 30 - August 15th. Please note that we have given some buffer time in here & will strive to be expediting these timings as much as possible.

When will the products be publicly available?

The full public release will go live on July 31st, roughly 45 days after the pre-order shipments, as we will need to wait for the sea freighted cargo to arrive at each domestic warehouse location.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your pre-order at any time before June 5th. Just contact our support team with your order number.

Why pre-order instead of waiting for public release?

Pre-ordering guarantees early access to the first production run and ensures you get your gear ahead of everyone else + we've added in a little discount for your support. 

Will the products be restocked after pre-order?

Yes, but stock may be limited. Pre-ordering secures priority access and shipping. The 2nd round of production will not be available until the October, 2025.

Do I pay upfront?

Yes — full payment is taken at checkout to reserve your gear in the pre-order first production round.

Where are the products shipped from?

Depending on which shipping option you choose, orders are shipped from our international & domestic warehouses located in USA, UK, Hong Kong, Australia, China & Ireland. Shipping times vary by region and will be confirmed once dispatched.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Is this made to order?

No, this is not a made-to-order release. All products are already in production, and manufacturing is well underway. Our production timeline takes approximately 80 days, and by the time pre-orders close, your items will be in the final stages of completion.

We’re offering this pre-order to give early supporters priority access to the first production batch and to help us streamline shipping and delivery logistics. This ensures you get your gear faster via air & without the uncertainty of traditional made-to-order waits.

Is this a Kickstarter or crowdfunded launch?

No, we’ve chosen not to use Kickstarter or any crowdfunding platforms for this release. Instead, we’ve fully funded and initiated production ourselves, meaning we take on the upfront risk so you don’t have to wait for funding goals or manufacturing approvals. We didn’t want to keep our pre order customers waiting 4-6 months, instead the wait is only 1-2 months.

Because this is a self-funded release, we’ve committed to producing a limited quantity in this first round of production to gauge the demand of each product, giving us an indication on how many pieces to produce in the 2nd round of production. Once the first round of production is sold out, the next production round won’t be available for at least 2-3 months following launch, 60-80 day production lead time + 30-45 day cargo shipping freight time to each domestic warehouse. 

Let’s talk about production, timelines, and how long it really takes to make high-quality gear.

Backpacks and carry goods aren’t like T-shirts or simple fashion pieces, they’re complex to manufacture. Each product is made up of multiple layers of materials, custom webbing, reinforcements, buckles, and stitching details that all have to come together precisely & not to mention the months of sampling & testing. While some brands can push out products in 40–45 days, that usually means using direct to market materials and parts. We’re not about that.

All of our products are 100% designed in-house by our dedicated team. We’ve chosen every single component, from the exterior fabric to the shoulder pad buckles and because we use entirely custom materials, our full production timeline takes 80 days from start to finish. The first 40 days are dedicated to working with our material partners to create our custom components. The following 40 are for the actual manufacturing and assembly. It’s a slower process, but it results in a better product.

We opened pre-orders to give our community early access while production is underway, rather than waiting for stock to arrive at our domestic warehouses 45+ days after completion. Pre-ordering means you’re first in line to receive gear from the very first production run.

Our pre order isn’t a Kickstarter or a crowdfunding campaign. We haven’t taken pre-sale money to fund production, we’ve already started. We began production in April 2025 and everything will be completed and shipped by the end of June 2025. That also means we’ve taken on the full financial risk to get these products made, because we believe in what we’ve built and in our community.

As we didn't choose the crowdfunding route, we’ve produced a limited number of units in this first run. Why?

  1. To get an honest read on demand and what products our customers love most.

  2. You get to receive your order much faster, rather than waiting 4+ months like many other crowdfunding campaigns

  3. Unfortunately money doesn’t grow on trees and we’re self-funded

30 days after our public release in July, we’ll kick off Production Round 2 based on what we’ve learned. That means another 30 days to assess demand, plus 80 days for production, and some time for freight. So if you miss out on the first drop, you can expect a restock around October 2025.
