Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to nearly every country world wide using our numerous warehouse locations in the USA, Australia, China, Netherlands, UK, and Hong Kong.
Our fulfilment model ensures your order is routed from the nearest warehouse to speed up delivery, if at the time of your order our closest warehouse to you is out of stock, we will not delay your shipment. We will ship from our nearest in stock location to you at no extra fee.
Is shipping free?
We currently offer free shipping to selected countries, we're continuing to expand our warehouse locations to increase the amount of countries we can achieve free shipping to. Everyone loves free shipping!!
How long does delivery take?
We strive to have all orders shipped the same day or within 24 hours of your order.
Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location, see below:
USA: Shipped from our USA warehouse, no added tariff's
Express: 2-3 days
Normal: 3-4 days

UK: Shipped from UK warehouse, VAT inclusive
Next Day Delivery (orders shipped Monday to Friday)

Please note that if items are out of stock in our Netherlands warehouse, they will be shipped DDP from another warehouse (updated shipping timeframes will be shown at the checkout if not available from the Netherlands)

Where will my order ship from?
We have 7 warehouse locations we hold our stock, these warehouse locations consist of USA, Australia, China, Netherlands, UK, and Hong Kong. Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse location to you. In almost all cases we strive to ship your order from the nearest warehouse to your location. Though, in the instance that one warehouses is out of stock, we will ship your order from our next nearest location to you, always fulfilling your order.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If no email is used with your order at the checkout, you won't receive any tracking updates.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Some countries may charge local duties or VAT. If required, your local courier will notify you. Please note that EU Countries and the UK have all taxed included.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can amend the shipping address for you, as long as you email us within 10 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes aren't possible. Though we will try our utmost best to communicate with the carrier.
