We’re committed to creating some of the highest-quality bags in the world. That’s why every product you purchase from us comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If your product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty applies to the original purchaser or gift recipient with valid proof of purchase from our website or an authorised retailer.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in zippers, stitching, seams, or hardware

  • Material flaws that affect the product’s functionality

  • Damage caused during shipping or transit

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or fabric breakdown over time

  • Accidental damage, improper care, or misuse

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect function (e.g. scratches, dents)

  • Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Products purchased from unauthorised dealers or second-hand

  • Deliberate damage (e.g. cutting, slashing, burning)

Repairs & Process

Step 1: Contact us at info@sakk.com.au with:

  • Full name

  • Order number or valid proof of purchase

  • Product name and description

  • Clear images or video of the issue

Step 2: Our team will review your claim and confirm whether it qualifies.

Step 3:

  • You may be asked to send the product to us or visit a local bag repairer (we’ll cover the repair cost with prior approval).

  • If the item needs to be returned, you are responsible for shipping costs to us. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping if the claim is approved.

Step 4:

  • If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or store credit of equal value.

 

Turnaround Time

Warranty processing typically takes 3–4 weeks after we receive the product. Please note, this may take longer during peak seasons.

 

International Customers

Our manufacturing warranty applies globally. As long as you can provide proof of purchase, you’re covered — no matter where you live.

Liability

Sakk is not liable for any damage to cameras, computers, equipment, personal items, or your surrounding environment resulting from the use of our products. Sakk is also not responsible for any personal injury or harm to you or others caused by the use or misuse of our gear.
