Designed in-house in Australia & manufactured through our trusted partners across Asia. Every product is uniquely designed & individually built with quality as our main focus and QC-checked before shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to nearly every country world wide using our numerous warehouse locations in the USA, UK, Australia, Dubai, China, Malaysia & (Netherlands, opening 16th December)

Our fulfilment model ensures your order is routed from the nearest warehouse to speed up delivery, if at the time of your order our closest warehouse to you is out of stock, we will not delay your shipment. We will ship from our nearest in stock location to you at no extra fee.

Is shipping free?
We currently offer free shipping to selected countries, we're continuing to expand our warehouse locations to increase the amount of countries we can achieve free shipping to. Everyone loves free shipping!!

How long does delivery take?
We strive to have all orders shipped the same day or within 24 hours of your order.
Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location, see below:

USA: Shipped from our USA warehouse, no added tariff's 
Express: 2-3 days 
Normal: 3-4 days

UK: Shipped from UK warehouse, VAT inclusive
DPD Next Day Delivery (orders shipped Monday to Friday)

AUS & NZ: Shipped from Australia warehouse
Express: 1-2 days 
Normal: 2-5 days

Europe: (DE,FR,CH,ES,NL & rest of Europe) Shipped DDP, no additional taxes or duties to pay 3-7 Day Shipping

Where will my order ship from?
We have 6 warehouse locations we hold our stock, these warehouse locations consist of USA, UK, Australia, Dubai, China & Malaysia. Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse location to you. In almost all cases we strive to ship your order from the nearest warehouse to your location. Though, in the instance that one warehouses is out of stock, we will ship your order from our next nearest location to you, always fulfilling your order. 

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Some countries may charge local duties or VAT. If required, your local courier will notify you. 

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can amend the shipping address for you, as long as you email us within 10 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes aren't possible. Though we will try our utmost best to communicate with the carrier. 

Do you offer express shipping?
We offer both express and standard shipping optionsAll orders use priority tracked shipping by default. No additional payment required.

How long do I have to return an item?
All Sakk products have a 30 days from delivery return period.

What are the return conditions?
Items must be:

• Unused
• With original tags
• In the original packaging

How do I request a return?
Start by emailing us directly at info@sakkgear.com , providing the order number & a photo of your order. All returns are subject to approval after checking the item’s condition. 

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. It is best to return your original item and place a new order.

Do you offer flexible payment options?
Yes. We’ve partnered with Klarna & Afterpay to let you shop now and split your payment. 

How does Klarna & After Pay work?
Choose Klarna at checkout to pay in interest-free installments. Klarna will guide you through the rest.

Are Klarna & After Shop available in my country?
